  254. including U. S. Copyright law and Trademark law and not by the 1980 U. N. 
  255. Convention on Contracts for the Sale of International Goods. Venue in the 
  256. event of any suit, proceeding or claim arising from the use or misuse of this 
  257. software and related files will be in the Courts located in Indiana and 
  258. Allegheny Counties of Pennsylvania.

  319.     To create a distribution disk:

  321. 1. Copy all files in the \RUNTIME directory on the Microsoft Video for Windows  
  322. Drivers disk to another floppy disk. Use either the MS-DOS copy command  or 
  323. copy the files from within Windows using the File Manager. 
  324.  
  325. 2.  You can now provide this distribution disk to whomever you want. They 
  326. install the Microsoft Video Runtime by running the setup program included on 
  327. the disk. 
  328.  
  329. 3.  If you want to include an AVI sequence, you must either include it on your
  330.      distribution disk or provide another disk for this file. 
  331.  
  332.     To set up the Microsoft Video Runtime:

  334. 1. Insert the distribution disk into your PC's floppy drive.
  335.  
  336. 2. From within Windows Program Manager, choose the Run command from 
  337.     the File menu.

  369.         is your proof of license to exercise the rights
  370.         granted herein and must be retained by you.  You may
